Nichole Francis Reynolds

Nichole Francis Reynolds leads ServiceNow’s global government relations, public policy, and advocacy agenda. ServiceNow is a technology platform company that optimizes processes for people, enterprises, and governments. As a lawyer and the company’s top lobbyist, she works with Presidential Administration officials, Members of Congress, and other public officials on domestic and international technology policy issues. She also helps develop and execute strategies for public sector teams at ServiceNow to help governments modernize operations, processes, and delivery of citizen services.

Before joining ServiceNow, she served as Vice President and Head of Government and Public Affairs for the Interstate Natural Gas Association. She also served for five years as Vice President of Public Policy and Community Relations at Mastercard. Before joining Mastercard, she spent ten years in various leadership roles on Capitol Hill, including as chief of staff to two Members of Congress, district director, and counsel on the Homeland Security Committee. She previously practiced law with two large global law firms and gained political experience working on national presidential elections and congressional races.

Ms. Francis Reynolds graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Spanish from Eastern Michigan University. She also received her Juris Doctorate from Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She is the board chair of Imagination Stage DC and serves on the boards of All in Together, Beauvoir the National Cathedral Elementary School, The Shakespeare Theatre Company, Teach for America DC, and Ed Farm, the parent organization of the Propel Center. She resides in Washington D.C. with her husband and two children.
