Jesse White is Chief Executive Officer at Intact. He is passionate about doing the right thing for his customers, building a strong company culture, and having a positive impact on the local and global communities. The Intact team has helped hundreds of government agencies and Fortune 1000 leaders accomplish their IT modernization goals and create meaningful outcomes. Jesse brings more than 25 years of executive experience in strategic growth, culture development, and Enterprise Service Management. He is relentless in his approach to truly understand the outcomes today’s leaders wish to achieve and the factors that influence those outcomes. As a result, he and his team develop solutions to achieve desired outcomes in the fastest and simplest way possible.

Jesse puts people first and is most fulfilled when clients are recognized for their accomplishments by their peers, managers, and customers. He believes that if you invest in your people, they will provide meaningful and rewarding work for one another and for those they serve. One of his top priorities is giving back to the community and has raised more than $100,000 to support meaningful global organizations. Jesse believes in doing the right thing, regardless of the complexity level or circumstances.

Based in Northern Virginia, he serves on the Regional Board for YPO, the Board of Directors for Five Stones Wellness, and on the Board of Trustees for The Hill School, a not-for-profit school.
