Dr. Alaina Beaver

Dr. Alaina Beaver is the Global Head of Accessibility Customer Engagement on the Accessibility Product Team at ServiceNow. In this role, Alaina leads customer engagement efforts, including the Accessibility Product Advisory Council, and routinely works with Sales and Solution Consultants to evangelize accessibility best practices, share the roadmap, and provide high-quality enablement.

Alaina joined ServiceNow in 2023, after leading teams at Google, CVS Health, and in leading her own consultancy for five years. Prior to her career in technology, she held strategic leadership positions in higher education administration at an R1 university. She holds a PhD in Research and Literacy, with expertise in digital accessibility, human-computer interaction, and adult learning.
