Aaron Zuber

Aaron has been in the tech business for over two decades and a customer of ServiceNow at two separate companies before joining in 2014 to help launch a new territory in the Midwest with Solution Consulting.

In 2017 he was part of the leadership team tasked with the verticalization of Healthcare, State & Local, and Education businesses (MEDSLED), now referred to as HCLS-SLED.

In 2021 he was asked to form the ITSM Sales team, which has helped to refocus sales and adoption strategies for ServiceNow’s largest Business Unit, a team which has grown and now covers all GEOs. As of Jan 1st, 2024, this team has been rebranded as the Business Development Management (BDM) team with an expanded charter to include ITOM for a comprehensive approach to Service Operations, and is responsible for the sales and core seller adoption of ServiceNow’s two largest BUs.

Aaron holds professional certificates from MIT and Boston College, an undergrad in Speech and Business Communication from Otterbein University, and his Masters in Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, has founded two Veteran’s 501c3 organizations, and helped to form and launch the ServiceNow Veterans Business Resource Group.

When not working Aaron loves spending time with his wife Gigi, their three children Mia, Brian, and Joseph, as well as their dog Archie. An avid competitor, Aaron trains Brazilian Jujitsu and competes in tournaments when scheduling allows. He also enjoys golf and has realized a lifelong dream of convincing his family to take up the sport as well.
