This hands-on learning lab is designed for customers eager to elevate their ServiceNow experience with the GenAI capabilities of Now Assist. With the Now Assist Skill Kit, you’ll learn how to create custom skills, fine-tune prompt configurations, and control model behavior to meet specific requirements. Together, we’ll explore the art of deploying AI skills across your platform, boosting productivity and empowering users.

Defending Your ATO with ServiceNow CAM and Vulnerability Management* (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

Agencies often struggle to achieve and maintain Authorize to Operate (ATO) system accreditations while adhering to Risk Management Framework (RMF) guidelines. In this hands-on learning lab, ServiceNow’s team of Federal solution consultants will demonstrate how ServiceNow’s Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) unifies RMF activities in an enterprise-wide platform that integrates with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
