Doug Enfield is the Public Works Systems Branch Chief for Headquarter Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G4, Infrastructure Sustainment Division. Those systems include facility-related control systems, computer-aided drafting, engineering desktop software, and computerized maintenance management systems.
After serving four years as a soldier in the 82d Airborne at Fort Liberty, Doug began his Army civilian career at Fort Lewis (now Joint Base Lewis-McChord) in 2001 within the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). He worked to combine Air Force and Army data sets as part of joint basing and helped launch the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). In 2014, he became a part of HQ IMCOM G4 in support of GFEBS for all DPWs, as well as cybersecurity for DPW systems. Most recently, Doug was the founding program manager for ArmyMaintenance.com (ArMA) before becoming the branch chief over all DPW systems in the command.
