The ServiceNow Federal Forum is scheduled to be an in-person event, located at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD, 20745.
We are currently not offering a hybrid or online component to the event. Should this change, all sponsors and registered attendees will be notified.

Yes, attendees are eligible to receive CPE credits for the event. No advance preparation or prerequisites are required.
Parking:
We are pleased to offer discounted garage parking at a rate of $27.98 per car per day for Federal Forum attendees. Complimentary garage parking will be available for the first 500 attendees who redeem a parking voucher at the Leidit sponsor booth. Valet parking is available for $67.00.

Bus Lines:
There are 2 bus lines to National Harbor that run every 30 minutes and cost $2:
- NH1 National Harbor – Southern Ave
- NH2 National Harbor – King Street
- Franklin Street & Pitt Street Station
Metro:
Complimentary shuttles will be available running between the Gaylord and Metro Center, Navy Yard, and Pentagon metro stops between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on February 12.
Train Station:
Water Taxi:
Water taxies are available between Old Town Alexandria or The Wharf and National Harbor. Departure and travel times may vary.
The ServiceNow Federal Forum audience will be made up of over 2,000 government IT stakeholders from the public and private sectors, as well as press from various publications.
