His expertise lies in driving ServiceNow innovation to solve complex business challenges, helping organizations harness the platform’s full potential. Jeremy is passionate about exploring and implementing cutting-edge solutions, such as Now Assist for CSM and Now Assist for Creator, to enhance business operations and improve service delivery.

Currently, Jeremy works with iTech AG in support of the CMS CCSQ contract, where he leads the implementation team and guides strategic initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of ServiceNow’s innovative features. He collaborates closely with CMS and ServiceNow Impact to identify and implement future areas of innovation, continuously improving CMS’s systems with the latest platform advancements.
